The Details
I joined the team at We Are Royale as the Senior Producer for the Monopoly Expansions product launch, building a close partnership with our clients at Hasbro.
The project began with an overarching campaign strategy that defined the voice, tone, pillars, and brand messaging for Hasbro’s 2025 priority product launches. The success of this strategic phase led directly to the planning and production of the first priority campaign: Monopoly Expansions.
Deliverables:
Several Linear and OTT/CTV videos (3D Animation)
Social-first assets (videos, carousels, motion kits, influencer strategy, and messaging matrix)
Digital display deliverables
Key visuals and a robust high res toolkit for retail merch guides
Localized assets for three international markets
Usage guides (style guide, influencer guide, social templates, wrap book, etc.)
My Role
As the Senior Producer for both the strategic phase and the launch campaign, I worked closely with the client and oversaw every aspect of the campaign's execution.
This included developing detailed bids and production calendars that accurately accounted for key variables such as focus group testing, stakeholder reviews, and approval cycles. I also managed external music and VO vendors and, most importantly, established a clear and comprehensive campaign deliverables list that all parties were aligned on.
Fun Facts

Producers don’t usually get the spotlight, but for this project, the client specifically praised the deliverables list and the smooth delivery process (no small feat given the scale).

The campaign deliverables included over 300 assets, not including additional versions created for three international markets.

Every detail mattered during QC and delivery, from slates and ISCI codes to ensuring toolkits, audio stems, project files, textless versions, and localized files were flawless.
